Kat has worked in Financial Services for most of her working life, starting her career as a Counter Clerk with a local Building Society at the age of 18 and working her way up to being a very successful Branch Manager.
Kat has worked for a variety of well-known high street lenders such as The Skipton Building Society, Lloyds Banking Group and The Nottingham Building Society. She became CeMap qualified in 2002 and giving mortgage advice has always been a big passion for Kat. As a Mortgage Adviser she always puts the client at the heart of everything she does to ensure they achieve their mortgage and protection goals. This committed approach has driven Kat to set up Mansfield Money Ltd with the intention of being the areas number one brand for ‘best advice and client experience’

Having previously worked as a retail manager for Aldi UK, Callum is new to financial services & became CeMAP qualified in 2022. Callum has a passion for property and for helping people and couldn’t think of a better way to combine the two! He is an avid football fan and player, having previously played for Ilkeston Town FC and Heanor Town FC. The less said about the team Callum supports, the better. Sport is a huge part of Callum’s life and he dedicates a massive amount of time to it outside of work.

Alex has worked in Financial Services most of her working life, She started her Career at Yorkshire Bank in September 2015 as a cashier and quickly worked her way up to becoming a Banking Advisor until she left in November 2020 where Alex started a new profession within the NHS to help out with the global pandemic and she worked as part of Critical Care Outreach Team – Having this background Alex has seen first-hand how quickly lives can change and the impact it has on families that are left to pick up the pieces when things go wrong. This has made Alex passionate about making sure her clients have adequate cover in place.

Sue has worked in financial services since 1994. She started with Nottingham Building society as a part time cashier and in 2000 took her CeMAP qualifications. She became a Branch Manager in 2004 and then a whole of Market Mortgage Broker in 2007 when The Nottingham set up Nottingham Mortgage Services.
Sue decided to take early retirement from Mortgage Broking in December 2021.

What makes me happy – I love Northern Soul and Motown music and often visit various venues around Nottinghamshire to dance.
I have 4 grandchildren (2 of each) age ranging from 2 to 14 that keep me busy on my days off.
Cherry comes from an extensive sales and customer service background, from construction to the manufacturing industry. She started as an administrative apprenticeship when she left school, then gained years of experience with dealing with people from different backgrounds & walks of life. Cherry is passionate about helping & uplifting others as well as the property sector, from being a First Time Buyer herself & purchasing her first home during lockdown. She is eager and excited to get involved into the world of mortgages & finance. You can find Cherry lifting weights at the gym, driving her red Ford Ka or walking the family's pet black Labrador.

Richard has a first class honours degree in engineering and after 17 years in a senior engineering position he has decided to bring his ingenuity and precision to the mortgage industry. Richard is an integral part of Mansfield Money working closely with the local sports teams and charities we support. He also ensures the processes Mansfield Money have in place are as efficient as possible. The clients and local community are at the forefront of Richards role within the business.

Steve is a very experienced Financial Consultant with over 21 Years’ service and experience working within the Finance Sector, particularly regarding building relationships with business and has a track record in delivering high-quality outcomes for customers.
After working on the Money Advice Service Contract and seeing the confusion on Lifetime Mortgages, Steve developed a passion for (and specialises in) the Equity Release market place.

Jeff has over 20 years experience within the Financial Services Industry having previously worked within the Mortgage, Lending, Banking and Insurance sectors. His roles within the industry have been varied and included Head of Buy to Let, Bank Manager, National Account Manager and Mortgage Broker.
Jeff is experienced in commercial and specialised lending, he is also a CeMap qualified Mortgage Broker who has a genuine interest in working with his clients to reach positive outcomes whilst providing an excellent level of service.

Martin is an enthusiastic and highly motivated Compliance & Training professional, originally from a background of sales training. In his consultancy role he provides advice on all compliance & training matters within the firm.
He has over 35 years’ experience, gained in all sectors of the financial services industry, and a good working knowledge of the FCA Regulations and T&C Requirements.
